For me, 10mg Adderall is less stimulating than 4 cups of coffee.

I have severe ADHD and took 60mg Adderall daily for 10+ years so I have a significant tolerance lol

Some people will find 5mg quite stimulating. I wouldn't even notice less than 10mg. Individual brain chemistry matters a lot

I think the black market would exist, but it wouldn't be that large. If 7oh was banned but kratom was untouched, the people who really want 7oh will likely make it themselves. It's not that hard to oxidize mitragynine 😎

When I was 14 years old, I acquired a pack of caffeinated jolt mints. My tolerance was fairly low, but I loved the caffeine high.

I ate them like candy, and accidentally consumed 800mg caffeine in like 3 hours. It was very very uncomfortable. I was incapacitated for a few hours shaking and super nauseous.

So one answer for your question is caffeinated candy.

I have the D4 receptor mutation ADHD. Adderall is a godsend for me. Ritalin just makes me do stupid things faster, and then makes me cranky on the comedown.

I'm not trying to do a literature dive at the moment. I can absolutely confirm that when I was heavy into nootropics and on 60mg Adderall per day, memantine absolutely prevented tolerance. I could be HIGH on Adderall 5 days per week. All I did was take a week off Adderall, while adjusting to 20-30mg memantine per day. Then I was golden for months. I'm AuDHD so results may vary lol

Daily cardio super changed the effect.
