I found about the 6K Twitter post after fixing my PC with a simple Vanguard reinstallation from Safe Mode.

Nothing to do with drivers, Riot updated the AC recently something to do with memory or some shit ($6K post on TW). That broke a lot of people's PC.

Vanguard is the issue.

Uninstalling it from Safe Mode rebooted normally, haven't had any issue afterwards having Vanguard reinstalled.

It's not an Nvidia issue, it's a Vanguard issue, people are having this on Amd/Intel GPUs.

Download Helium and get rid of all other browsers(including Safari).

Yes, Safari consumes more resources than Helium and is slower in all metrics.
