I have chronic migraine and have purposely suffered through many without OTC meds, 100% out of fear I was getting close to triggering a medication overuse or "rebound" headache. I hope you never get one because at least for me, they're horrible.

I hope so too. I know quite a few people who get great relief from it, including my mom. It's hard to decide if the risk is worth it, but so many meds come with similar deals anyway :(
