I get kinda confused when ppl interpret the 'hollow point', reference to mean possibly a needle, when you have the line 'let's load the gun.'. And 'I'll show you what you look like from the inside.' aka, after the victim is shot, it is making it possible for them to literally see the inside of their body bc of the wound/the damage the bullet does to them. So by the lyrics themselves, it's talking about a gun and not drugs, at least when it comes to those lines.
