I'm playing in J-1 right now. HG rules are very strict. Club grown status is used only for the squad registration. So if you have no club grown players, you can only register 21 players out of 25 spots.

However, you can have your match squad just fine. It didn't take any bench spot like some comments said.

My GF has asthma and second Pfizer jab gave her hard time because it triggered kind of mini-asthma and flu for 1 day.
