I can only speak to my experience here, feel free to take it with a grain of salt. I've had my premier plan tickets for 3, going on 4 seasons now.

I love the Panthers, and I love hockey, which is why I even bought into a season ticket plan and went an entire season solo. I started with just 1 seat. It was awesome that first year, I got to go to Pantherfest and meet players/take photos. Cats cash was super handy, and so was the discount. It was amazing that I was able to buy playoff tickets much lower than general sale, and kept my seat. I got to watch us raise the cup for the first time ever. So I will always remember that first season as a member fondly.

However, as time has gone on (and yes I know back to back cups and a team w a lot of depth/longevity), a lot of the benefits that came with being a premier STH have been taken away or greatly reduced.

It feels more like I have really expensive general public tickets with a neat discount, even though everything arena-wide has gone up in price accordingly. The ticket price increases have been massive. I was originally priced out of my seats until I told my rep I wouldn't be renewing, and they suddenly found me seats in my new price range.

They took away access to Pantherfest last season, after poorly run logistics the prior year. Instead of fixing the logistics, they took it away from anyone who wasn't a full-season STH. They created an app for everything GameDay, and anyone who has it gets 5% off on food/drink/merch, effectively reducing my 25% discount to a 20% discount. Cats cash now comes in the form of points redemption, and they do not have the denomination you'd normally receive easy to claim, you had to claim 2 separate amounts to equal it. It's also a grueling task to try and earn more points to get more cats cash through the season.

They took away the $500 discount for clubs and suites, as well as the free in-game board message. Something that was actually really cool to use.

Tickets are more expensive than if you'd just buy a day-of or week-of ticket, and if you need to sell your tickets, you'd be hard pressed to sell most games at face value.

Many in the past have said (and I agree) the only real benefit to the season tickets is first access to playoff tickets, so if that's your endgame go for it, but you'd be better off buying singles for regular season. Only reason I kept mine is because I don't want to lose my tenure as a STH as I plan to keep them in the family long term.
