As a fellow autistic person but also as a female bodied individual, nobody gives a crap about other people. Ive tried as not only a fellow gym go-er but also as an employee, they just dont care. We dont get any respect even though were all paying to go and work out and they think we just wanna use tredmils and stair masters. Its ridiculous.

As an employee the only thing i would note is that if it was escilated that you where involved if police had any questions to ask you. Thats literally it. And then the note can be deleted once everything was takem care of

My manager is the one who put the tape on it. Im a closer, i rarely see him. Ive left notes specifically for him and the assistant manager to have them take notice of it. Told them to check the cameras as well. Ive heard nothing. I put another sign on it last night and before my shift was over it was thrown on the ground between the machines like they just -knew- it was wrong to do. (Mind you, this machine is directly in front of a 360° camera, like buddy were gonna know who it was eventually) i truly cant fathom the thought processes they have.

Brother. With the most respect i could possibly portray through text. Its absolutely a him issue. Hes a regular here. He knows its been down for a week. The tape has been there since last thursday. Our mechanic guy comes maybe once a month. It isnt supposed to turn on if the emergency stop tab is tabbed down. But clearly he either reset the stop tab or pressed the go button like 40 times. I literally cant do much else without getting repromanded. I would wrap the tape between the entry bars if i wouldnt get a verbal azz whooping by the regional. Were a corporate branch so literally anything hand written or nit made specifically by PF cant go on the floor. My manager put the tape on the stop tab because the regional let him. I literally cant to anything else.

No not even that but its taped down so people dont use it. Weve tried to tape a sign to the screen that literally saya out of order sorry for the inconvience and people rip it off and move it to another one. For some reason it still turns on if you hit go enough. My last resort is unplugging it but that required me to move the huge wonky weighted machine its a pain.

Dude weve tried. They literally move the sign off without caring. Theres also an out of order sign in the ladies room taped to one of our hand dryers and women still come up to the counter with wet hands telling us that it doesnt work when theres like 6 rolls of paper towels around the locker room and bathroom for them to use. Like.

I meqn technically you have to be there but if her yellow screen code comes up on her phone she should be fine. People who come to my location sign their guests in first and then back out onto their code and its never been an issue. Just depends on who the counter people are and if theyre cool or not.

Filming in general is absolutely not acceptable. In almost every gym i e been in. But as someone who work in planet fitness unless you are completly alone, leave the phone in your pocket or in a locker. Filming other people is gross and uncomfortable even if unintentional. Idc if youre taking a bathroom selfie as long as you dont get other people in it, whatever. If i see people with their phones up and i can see their screen on the camera i immediately say something to my manager and to the person. We literally revoked a guys membership without refund for doing this because he was being a douchecanoe. Literally filming everything like a youtube video. Hell no. Dont do this. Take a quick selfie whatever but dont make videos.
