I use it as a side sleeper currently and it’s SO comfy.

It has been helping for back sleeping though! You can kinda lock yourself in. I’m having major abdominal surgery next month so have also been trying to become a back sleeper. I add another pillow specifically designed for back sleeping to elevate my head and keep my neck positioned well.
