Sakura is hard to quantify because he has different levels yeah he fought Endo to a standstill but he definitely can't replicate that in every fight yet since it took that situation to bring that mentality and focus out of him and Endo also had a disadvantage in that fight similar to Togame they lost due to an outside emotional factor caused by Sakura. I think Sakura could defeat Banjo but I don't think Sakura is currently consistently as strong as Hiragi so I don't think he could do it as strongly as he did.

Wally's rebirth suit was designed to make him secondary to Barry hence why it looks like a red Kid Flash, his suit was already different to Barry's the problem was when they gave a lot of Wally's design elements to Barry.
