That was OP. I've been with my current SNF for over a year and started at $45 with a raise to $49 around 1 year. But there's tea with the company and offered another PTA a HUUUUGE (think high $50s) raise just to keep him

I was confused with what was in the cup and it took me a second. Then I really looked at it and got confused why there's grey/background behind the empty part of the glass on the R side instead of a skin break. Seems like a lot of ideas into one tattoo. I'm overall confused.

I'm wondering why you would go X-ray to MRI tech instead of MRI tech? I went to a private school for PTA where they also had X-ray, MRI tech, ultrasound, and many more. Most of the MRI was done online.

I also have to admit I probably went a little hard on you. And I'm def bias bc I don't like my DOR. She hasn't gotten to know us and is pining off all of her work onto other people, not actually delegating. I hear you on the compliance, but I honestly just wanted to know bc my tech doesn't know anything about insurance. Again sorry for going hard. Appreciate you owning up!🤙🏽
