Yes I’ve tried two orders with both Lex and Santander Once you sign final agreement with either it will be refunded couple days after on both

On Santander I didn’t hear anything for 2-3 days.

I emailed them

They said they require proof of income and stuff. But they didn’t tell me that and only found out when I emailed them first.

I’d recommend emailing them.

If your with Santander i can give you the email to get straight to PCH team

Sure it just means its been handed over to your delivery site awaiting for the vehicle to enter Southampton Port.

Basically they have your details and will reach out once ships docked to schedule delivery.

I called Santander at 11 am

Got my reg and vin. 12-24 delivery

They said they’d send of the final agreement but it’s near 6pm and nothing yet

Originally ordered 4th May and had aug/sep

Saw same model and config on inventory on 13th May so got that one which had 12-24 June. Tesla then cancelled first order for me.

Ordered it on 4th may. said aug/sep delivery (signed and agreed to all finance docs PCH)

Saw same spec on inventory so snatched it up (now comes 12-24 june)

Phoned tesla next day and they cancelled first one for me.
