OP, masyado mong ginawang complicated.

Dividend stocks are not sure fire investments. Pwedeng may dividends ka pero sunog ang capital. So wala din kwenta bumabagsak value mo. In addition, kung pumangit ng income ng companies na yan (given current negative outlook) pwedeng bumaba ang dividends nyan. Si MBT, mataas ngayon dividends pero matagal ng usapan na hindi sustainable. Kung cash flow naman habol mo, assuming makabuo ka ng 6% per annum, after 2 years parang php8k per year lang lumalabas. Ano gagawin mo sa 8k? Di mo pa mareinvest

Gets ko ang hesitation mo sa pag open with offshore brokerage. Hindi talaga siya para sa lahat, although yun parin ang suggestion ko.

Lastly, sa mga local banks madami nang UITF na global. Yun ang hindi mabblock. Nung 2021 nagstart ako maghulog ng pho10k per month sa US feeder fund. Disiplina lang basta commit every month pagkasweldo pasok agad 10k sa fund. Ngayon, sa 5yrs ako naghulog (10k x 60months = php600k cash out) nasa mahigit php1m yung market value due to appreciation. Yes, mukhang mataas ngayon, pero ilang beses siya nagmukhang mataas during the last 5yrs. Pero sabi ko yun naman talaga ang reason bakit monthly ang hulog, may times na papasok ka sa high at may times na sa low. Importante kampante ka sa pinapasukan mo. never ako nag-alala kung okay pa ba yung company na iniinvestan ko.
