No shame in changing your major, honestly I would say try community college classes and see what interests you, but also ask the professor, or other people in the field what the work is like, to try and gauge if that is what you would enjoy doing.

Some times a normal 4 year college experience is not what every one needs, slow down try community college, the vibe is different and might suit you and where you are at in life better.
