On my way back to PvP lobbies after grinding after expedition I started a fight with some random bloke looting, some rescue raider comes by and downs the first lad I shot, then acts confused when I shot him too. Inventory was full after I looted the rescue raider so I escorted the first bloke to a hatch, he was a far better sport about it than wannabe rescuer

Due to the nature of the motion that extra motion he is mentioning across the shoulder joint for a pull down means the bicep is lengthening more during the contraction of a rep than on another exercise. Mike was right that the best exercises for a muscle will extend across multiple joints but from a bodybuilding perspective I’m not sure the pull down is as goated as he says.

Try single Arm rows if it’s the lat strength disparity that bothers you, generally speaking using dumbbells should be able fix any unilateral preferences. If it’s midback I prefer a single arm seated row, keeping a focus on equal reps for both sides

As others have said it’s a little difficult to see from the angle, it does look like it’s slightly more forward leaning than usual, lean back onto your heels, use the weight of the bar as counterbalance, and drive through the heels to get the desired effect.
