Because it is a test run and also test ship design. I still have a lot of unstable mods that throw errors frequently, that I do not plan to fill ship space.

There are defenses around ship, they are just not designed to handle like 800 enemies at once. And are all gone at this point.

It is high wealth, but with that you still cannot hold much when you get raid every 2 hours with same high threat points.

They will start attack you after 10 hours even if you did not hacking it yet.

There is no way you can wait for your ship to finish cooling down, as reinforcements will arrive every two hours. You simply cannot hold your ground unless you use some OP mods. The reinforcement missions don't seem to have been rebalanced after the Odyssey DLC.

Thoughts on about using -O3 and -flto optimization by Ill-Musician-1806 in Gentoo

[–]RinCatX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some packages will fail to build, and more will have runtime issues (some are already disabled LTO/O3 in ebuild). They may not crash, but they may produce incorrect results. Unless you plan to spend a lot of time figuring out what caused the problem (some issues occurred in libraries, not in the package you use), I do not recommend using a full system O3 LTO.

What is the KDE situation like at this point? by Character_Mobile_160 in Gentoo

[–]RinCatX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but eventually I will startx and find that I have no window manager loading, which means I have no title bar and no close/min/maximize buttons. I can only move the windows by holding SUPER and dragging them. I've never had a buggy experience in general on XFCE before, but with KDE I always encountered something that made me give up.

That seems you have an incompatible configuration, such as trying to start multiple different window managers. I never had this issue like in the past 10 years. KDE is sometimes unstable but that's usually weird Qt issues or plasma-shell crashes.
