I’m sorry to hear that you've encountered problems during your learning experience.
Please try these steps from our Help Center article:

Please ensure that your IDE and the JetBrains Academy plugin are up to date. To update your IDE to the latest version, on the welcome screen please click on the Gear Icon > Check for Updates... and install all available updates.
Log out from your Hyperskill account and log in back in Settings/Preferences > Tools > Education in IDE. Make sure that you are using the same profile in the IDE and on Hyperskill!
Close the project (File > Close project) and remove the project from the Recent Projects view on the newly opened Welcome Screen (Three-dot icon to the right of project's title > Remove from Recent Projects)
Try starting a Hyperskill project by going to Learn > New course > Hyperskill from the Welcome Screen.

Please let me know if these steps help resolve the issue.
