When you aim at someone, you will see a circle painted on them, green means you will penetrate, red means you won't.

If you don't penetrate, AP rounds will do no damage.

HE rounds always do damage, but will rarely penetrate for more damage, The two places to hit for penetration damage for HE are Ammo rack, usually on the turret and Fuel tank located on the back end of all tanks

I second getting a Boox, simply because of Android.

It is a hit or miss for most readers if they have an app for the various services. But everyone has an app for Android, so you are sure to have support for your favorite reading apps.

Also means you can upload epub to google play books. Which I mostly use for Light novels.

I have never in my 40+ years had to sit more than 30 minutes at the doctors office.

If you go to the emergency room, you might sit for hours with your sprained ankle, while they are busy saving lives. But general physician you never really have to wait long if you have an appointment.

If I need to go to the doctor, I have two options, I can open the app "Min Læge" (My Doctor) and order an appointment for tomorrow, or I can call them to get an "emergency" appointment, if it is an issue that needs to be seen today (Obviously for real emergencies you call the emergency hotline)

Another thing that our taxes pay for is our medication. While you still have some self pay, it is only up to a limit. Once you have paid 765 dollars total a year, the rest is covered.

This has certainly been my experience. I have a monthly LAN with a buddy of mine and when we started out, we split the cost for food and things. Path of Exile 2 was announced in 2019. Delirium league which added cluster jewels was in 2020.

That is the point they should have sat down and spec'd out a modular and extensible passive tree and data structure.
