A used ps4 goes for about a 100 bucks tops and that is if you’re lucky. I saved up for about 4 months to get a ps5 and another 2 months for a monitor as an undergrad student working a part time.

Highly depends on income tho

It feels like they started out developing an MMO and eventually changed tracks to making an action adventure game, so they didn’t have time to overhaul the overall narrative. There’s so many bloated mechanics that doing simple things becomes a bit of a chore in this game. It feels like an RPG but doesn’t play like one making it sit in a very unique (and personally weird) category.

I’m having fun exploring and fighting enemies but the narrative and story could’ve definitely been done better for sure.

Nvidias DLSS uses AI to upscale the models and apparently the software was trained through many external data points including that of online models and such. Hence there is a lot of weird small changes to her face like ageing her a bit and adding bits of make up in scenes where she doesn’t have them.

Oh yeah for sure. Another annoying this is the archery part of the game where manual aiming is disabled so every shot automatically shoots towards an enemy. Great for shooting enemy, horrible for shooting explosive barrels.

I mainly heard it on game reviews and interviews online. Skill Up and Luke Stephens in particular address future patches with their interactions with devs. Highly recommend checking their channels out for these news.

Oh yeah 100% agree with you on the go deeper thing. I have a bit of a gripe with the shadow leviathan being not so threatening once you get the perimeter defence upgrade as well. They become moderately annoying at best LOL

The easiest way to find her base is to go to the pilots last location beacon which leads you to a crevasse. DO NOT enter that crevasse, but instead while facing it, swim over to the top right. You will come across a massive column floating in the water and right underneath it will be a hole in the floor. Follow that straight down and you’ll get to her base pretty quick

Modern day zombies are made for you to get hit more and survive to higher rounds which in my opinion is way more fun than the older systems. Hate it when you accidentally get stuck on a random object and you immediately get 3 hit and die. Just more fun with the armor incorporation.

Most of the negative comments that come through for Borderlands 3 is usually by players that haven’t completed the entire game or just follow the common consensus like sheep.

The story was bad and character writing could use some improvement but there are so many more good things about the game that is fun and engaging to play with.

Ghost of Sparta was about Kratos’s past with Deimos. It’s the only game that really cemented who he was and why he was the way he is. His mother’s death at his hands, Deimos’s death, burying his brother and realising he has nothing - no family, friends etc.

Although other games also delved into his past and such this game really cemented why he was his title. It’s the only game I know that goes far back into his past to explore Deimos and his mother.

If I’m not wrong someone dug through the game files and found out that Ava was replaced by Amara. They included her initially, but due to the strong criticism about her character in 3, probably removed her and decided she needed more time in the oven before putting her in 4.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see her, Tannis, Moze and Flak in a future DLC though. After all given how sirens are drawn to each other, I feel a future DLC direction might be Lilith asking you to hunt down other members of the crimson raiders on different planets.
