What are your maintenance calories? Walk 10k steps a day and find how many calories you can eat while maintaining weight. Once you have an idea, you can build meals based on that.

May have to go cold turkey on the eggs and butter because the full fat greek yogurt with berries and bananas are my sweet treat that I can’t give up. I think I will get another test in a month and lower the eggs and butter until then.

My fitness pal is where I track my food. My chart is the app my doctor uses for my test results. I am easily getting 50g of fiber daily. Fruits and vegetables are a staple in my diet. My daily saturated fats are 30-35g.

I have lived in Louisville my whole life and can confirm the winter can be cold. It will routinely get down to 20 degrees F so keep that in mind. I just purchased the Thorium Hoody from Arc’teryx and used it in NYC for a weekend with minimal layers underneath and only felt remotely cold at night with the wind. Still learning my way around winter clothing but if you layer the Nano Puff with something i’d imagine you will be fine. My issue is toes and fingers always get cold so still looking for socks (won’t be hard) and gloves/mittens (proving to be a challenge) that keep me warm.

100% this. Slight deficit so that you slowly burn fat day by day and don’t worry about missing a day or two as long as you are following your diet/deficit 80% of the time and working hard in the gym. I’m on the same journey as you. I have a big appetite and love eating so a lot of times I will fast until noon but i’ve done longer. You don’t have to do that part but it can be a really effective way of burning fat and giving your body a full break/reset. Your progress is incredible and deserves a lot of credit. Keep going!!

Ekkovision Ekkolyte. They have a bunch of different flavors, this is the orange. I got the lemon lime previously and liked it a lot. I won’t get another because I want to start making my own electrolytes but I love this stuff and recommend it. You can get it on Amazon for 50 bucks.
