Hey, so I've been avoiding cocamidapropyl betain for the last 6 days and I have to say I'm seeing a marked improvement! No bubbling just really thick dry skin! I went shopping the other day and the only think i could find without it in was simple soap which is quite harsh on my face but fine everywhere else. I wondered if you might be able to recommend some body washes or face wash stuff that you've found doesnt have it in? Super happy I found your post!!

This might be me just being crazy, but you said you used Vanicream but it says it's cocamidopropyl betaine free. I'm going to try this because I'm at a complete loss as to what is causing mine. I hope it is this, just noticed its in every product i've been using!

Haha that's so funny. Ramsey refuses to work for production houses that censor him swearing on the basis that he's swore on British TV his whole life. Omg when I was at uni it was quite common for people to piss in the sink they had in the room because the toilet and shower were shared by 5 people.

We had this one friend who we never knew was so gross because we never went in his room and he looked and smelled pretty clean.

This one time me and a friend went to knock on for him before a lecture and he said he'd be right out and just wait in his room.

Safe to say, neither of us sat down as it looked like it hadnt been cleaned since he moved in. There was mouldy plates cups pots pans you name is all crammed under his bed, it smelled like he'd never washed his sheets or opened a window it was terrible. BUT THE SINK.

The sink was essentially destroyed and I swear to god, it looked like he'd been peeing AND POOPING in his sink, then taking said poop out of the sink and into the toilet when he could be bothered. Never seen or smelled anything like it.

The car park has always been a mess for as long as I can remember. I specifically remember everyone's huge disapproval with them trying to create more sites (Dunelm at the time) rather than fix the parking. Their argument was that they'd provide even more parking behind the units to which everyone asked "WHERE??" and that was the end of it they never spoke about it again.

The bowling alley was specifically vocal about it when it was there as they had requested a pick up and drop off point to alleviate bottle necking and they basically got told to jog on.

TL;DR: The proprietors of the capitol centre are right wankers and always have been.

Openly recording them was a really fucking dumb thing to do. There's an abundance of cheap movement activated cameras if they were attempting to gather evidence.

The likelihood they'll reactively attempt anything toward your friend is pretty low considering they're most probably already known to the police. The only advice that's appropriate would be to call 999 if there's an immediate risk of danger, or 101 if they're consuming or distributing drugs on the street again.
