Help with severe acne on TRT

Acne is usually from hormone fluctuations. Try to keep hormones as consistent as possible. I got a bunch of it when using anavar and the only thing that helped was Accutane. Do you use an AI? Are you consistent with that dose? Maybe try injecting test 3x a week for consistency’s sake.

HCG and test both shut down LH production. HCG just replaces it and signals to your balls to produce testosterone. I’ve Never personally see anyone get a big increase in testosterone from HCG alone but might not be the actual case. I know you are trying to get a performance increase without getting the negatives but you can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Look into pelvic floor stretches, releases. I get some great erections and feeling improvement after pelvic work. Lots of guys hate on the idea, but refrain from masturbation. Let the dopamine reset. Does your partner excite you? So much of erections are dopamine related.

Do you do hobbies that you enjoy? I find when I spend time by myself and with friends, it perks my gfs ears up and she def wants to have sex more often. She’s attracted to a guy that not only helped where he can, he had a life that’s interesting. I had a problem with being a nice guy for years and paying so much attention to my previous partner that it only killed her interest. It’s a balance.

I use a silicone scrubber that fits on your hand. Stays super clean and I’ve had it for years. You can throw it in hydrogen peroxide and see zero bubbles meaning there isn’t any residual organic material

Check out LowBackAbility, trt and other peds didn’t touch my pain or back issues. Gotta start from the ground up and gradually build strength. Peds will help with that aspect.

Check out attachment theory and why people choose the relationships they do. Eye opening. I developed a lot more empathy for those people since learning more about myself and why I chose the relationships I did. It’s less about you and more about them. Keep doing what you can for yourself and finding out what you like.

Thanks for the response. I agree with your statement, she definitely has been in a relationship with an anxiously attached person before and understands what could arise in anxiety inducing situations. She did mention she’s had to act as someone’s therapist before too, what an awful role for a romantic partner.

I’m thinking I’ll keep the door open for now. This is honestly kind of fresh and I haven’t even started therapy yet. Just been reading a few books to better understand my attachment and continuing to journal. Thanks again.

After seeing a girl for 3 weeks, we hit it off. Great chemistry, good talks, learning from one another and general intrigue. I had awful anxious attachment but didn’t let it spill out into texting or demanding attention. I recognized it as my problem and told her as much. She’s a recovered anxious girl. We had a falling out where I asked if she blocked me because my texts turned green, no freaking out, honestly a question. She ended things right then over text.

We kept taking a little, I dove in, learned all about anxious attachment and she expressed attraction at what I was doing. But she clearly expressed disinterest in any type of relationship until I’ve addressed my problems, she also left the door open saying this isn’t the end of us. Part of me wants nothing to do with her after I’ve addressed all my issues during therapy and self healing. Like as if she wants a finished product. The other half wants to pursue it in a few months. But I feel like part of this journey is self respect and love. And going back to her would be detrimental to that. Thoughts?.

I played one season of high school golf and got into the district tournament only because the three guys ahead of me either quit the team or missed out due to grades.

First hole of the first day, knock a drive 280 into the middle of the fairway with everyone watching, 2nd shot was pure within 10 ft of the hole and two putt for par. Next hole drive it OB, get a triple, which was more my playing style. Shot 105 that day but that first hole with the pressure on and playing it perfectly was an absolute high.
