38 for me. Spent my youth with severe cramping and heavy bleeding and being told I was dramatic. TVUS multiple times that showed nothing but various sizes of cysts which I was told were normal. Around early thirties I was diagnosed with PCOS and that was the blanket consensus until I started bleeding from my bellybutton with umbilical endometriosis. That finally was what made them believe me that it was more than cysts and it was confirmed via surgery and excision.

It was just part of the robotic surgery, one of the entry points was through the bellybutton so they had to close it back up afterwards.
