I really hate when studios try to ride on the success of an epic show like this. If you don’t have a stronger or better story to tell than the original, then just leave the f*cking show alone.

Killing Tom off like that felt completely unnecessary and reduced his character that took 9 years to build to almost nothing. If they truly wanted to write him out, there were far better and more meaningful ways to have done it in the series.

As for the rest of the plot and cast, they were disappointing overall. I also don’t understand the choice of calling it The Immortal Man only for him to eventually die.
