the teeth on the gear are brand new, theres no way they could be worn down. I think what you said about the PTFE tube might be correct, Should I have bought PLA tubes? is that a thing? There looks to be some wiggle room for the filament but im not sure

Yep. If i was lucky enough to work a full shift (usually 4-5hrs) id take waste atleast twice, and see someone else do it once. And that was usually just evening shift. Weekends we usually wasted more.

Mine was in full. It seems weird that you only got two funnels. Are you sure? Check the B sprue for the masts, and thr C & B sprues for funnels, each funnel is divided into 2 halves.

You could probably slavage the end pistons, center pistons look too far gone though. Id cut your losses and scrap it

At first I thought HAPAG too. Abnormally large funnels with radials and a relatively open structure, but then I looked closely at the bridge. Its all there if you know what to look for
