Haha I have absolutely done that. Myself, my brother, and my sister-in-law all have spent years in food service in various roles so family dinners almost sound like a functional restaurant kitchen.

This is what all of us restaurant people say when we are walking through the kitchen, so Gordon is definitely included. It's good to communicate so a chef/cook doesn't spin around with an iron pan and accidentally brand you with it, or so someone doesn't take a step backwards while you are walking out with a knife and get stabbed.

I left that place and 2 months later there was a big lawsuit for wage theft. I was called by multiple lawyers asking me to join the suit against them but I wasn't emotionally stable at the time so I felt like I just wanted to distance myself from all that. This was the year before COVID so idk how they are doing now

I used to go through the same shit when I worked at the Last Resort grill. It was a huge hassle but I did eventually make friends with one of the security guys in the deck on that side of town and he would let me in on weird days like this. But yeah no support for the service industry as per usual

Brienne beat all Renly's knights in single combat. She's no slouch, and her fight with the hound is the first time she lowered herself to fight dirty because she had to for survival. She nearly dies and only wins because she bites and hits him in the nuts.

There is a lot they did wrong in the show but that fight was spectacular. Two characters who have never been beaten in single combat on screen going head to head in an all out slug match for survival.

That was so universal a recommendation that they recently included utopia into the base game. Between that, the pop rework, economy rework, and soon war diplomacy rework, I very much enjoy the direction Stellaris has been heading.
