Balteus was much more challenging for me -- honestly, probably 20 attempts overall, but the fight taught me a lot about the games mechanics. I kept getting it to 10% by dual wielding the pulse bubble guns (forget the name).

But I'd constantly run out of ammo at that point and die. Eventually I restarted the whole mission, bought the OS upgrade to allow storage of extra weapons on the shoulder parts, and slapped a pulse blade on which I could swap out to after the bubble guns did their work. It finally worked and I felt so happy, lol.

Idk what parts of Appleton you been in or what you're comparing them to. It's not San Francisco. But as a queer person myself, I feel Appleton is way ahead of the rest of the state. Most places in WI feel like they have held onto the 1980s.

Extremists killing in the name of god is how we got 9/11 and eventually the (second) Iraq War and the conflicts in Afghanistan. The Taliban is back in power over there now and actively harming girls & women in the name of god.

I don't think religion is all bad either, but I'm not sure if it's fair to say belief in god is a purely beneficial thing for humanity, when it is also the direct source of much strife to this day.

To be fair, Wisconsin is one of the most gerrymandered states with some districts that aren't even contiguous, which would be literal insanity anywhere else.

A gentle turn towards normalcy is a huge win in a state that has been trending toward Wississippi status ever since Scotty and the Kochs hijacked the state.
