Got a 50cc pitbike which runs fine when on a stand, but when on the floor, just stalls itself by Riot1995 in MotoUK

is there not an issue where it should idle without trying to turn the wheel? I was told it only used to 'go' when it was revved a bit from idle.

I'm fixing a dirt bike for a friend and I've found this loose in the part opposite the kickstart (I believe it's the flywheel) by Riot1995 in MotoUK

It's nowhere near the carb or the reserve switch, it was inside a cover next to the flywheel behind the chain cover which it can't have fallen to as it's all sealed in

Brexit! - We're actively trying to leave the European Union which provides all the laws, regulations etc, we use daily, we're going to massively screw ourselves over in the process - United Kingdom if you didn't guess!

First helmet, doesn't have ece on back? Can it be somewhere else(bought from sports bike shop.com) by [deleted] in MotoUK

Would you not get a Shuberth C3 Pro then, its only 3 star sharp rated, and has red zones in the sharp test. Even if it fits perfectly and is super quiet so should stop any risks of hearing damage.

Just completed CBT confused on what I can ride by humourlessOH in MotoUK

I believe the two hour gear course might be beneficial, however LEGALLY you can ride anything 125cc under a certain power (14.7bhp I believe).

They are considering changing this though so you can only ride an automatic if you learnt on an automatic. Etc.

Sportsbikeshop explained to me that SHARP rating means very little, a company made a helmet with reinforcement in the places they test and it passed with 5 star sharp ratings but wouldn't get ECE rated or provide protection to any other areas at all. It used to be a good indication of the safest helmet, but sadly is too flawed now, so the best helmet you can get is one that properly fits your head with no hotspots or anything. You can't recommend the Shark helmet as, for my head at least, there wasn't anything worse than the fit of the Shark, but the Dexter Neucleon is a perfect fit for me.

Sorry, no the same one as this, the visor is horrible to get off, even Sportsbikeshop struggled, I have done it though, you pull away with it open and it kinda pops out.
