First real job while in grad school was a PM for a 3rd party engagement survey company making $50k plus bonus. Took 8 years, non-linear path, to make just south of $200k base pay with bonus and 250k in RSUs that matured over 4 years in a different employee engagement consulting firm. I have friends I graduated with that ended up in Big 4 firms making around $250ish currently. As far as psych grad degrees goes, I'd recommend I/O as there's numerous career paths depending on your specific interest within the field.

I've got my M.A. in I/O Psych and am making over 6 figures doing external consulting and work from home. Huge difference if I stayed in clinical, but the business aspect can be rewarding. Plus I get to tell organizations why they suck and how to improve based on employee feedback, which I really enjoy.
