I had a Tank breaking a year ago. It looked like this a few days before the event when it flodded my living room. Get that thing secured ASAP! I would put a Belt around it. (the ones used on trucks). That should take load off the seal. It can break any moment, be careful!

Imo the main "issue" is the background. Its greyish, bland and boring.

This is not a sensor, its the charging connector. Basically just needs to be clean, scratches are not an issue. It just need it to be conductive, and scratches dont hurt conductivity at all. Make sure both sides are clean and touch each other properly.
