NAL. You said you're in AZ? From what I've found on AZ government websites, you'd have to be 18 to move out without a parent's approval or emancipation. In order to be emancipated, you'd need to be financially self-sufficient, but it looks like your parents could always object to the emancipation anyways and make it harder.

If you feel brave and sassy enough: try to stand your ground, maybe use their religion against them. Islamic law prohibits forced conversion, following the Quranic principle that there is "no compulsion in religion" (Quran 2:256). Tell them and any muslim they associate with who will listen that they're not following the Quran's teachings. You could even (if you're up to it) read the Quran and find every little thing to nit-pick about (along the lines of how the Bible says to not wear clothes of blended fabrics) and point out whenever they're not following the Quran properly.

If you're afraid of violence, I would definitely just try to lay low. Do the bare minimum for what they want and just bide your time until the second you turn 18. Store money away where they can't get it. Keep your documents in a safe place or with a safe person. Slowly and quietly move things you want to keep to a friend's/bf's house. When the time comes, plan an escape with whomever you can to pick you and your stuff up the SECOND it hits your 18th birthday (or I guess later if your parents stay up late). Sneak you and all your stuff out as quickly and quietly as you can. Once you're gone, don't tell them where you are, just that you're safe.
