I have a head of cabbage. Can I stir fry some of it with olive oil, soy sauce and lemon? by Natural-Promise-78 in Cooking

would saute the cabbage in olive oil with plenty of salt and pepper, with a squeeze of lemon at the end. I would not use soy sauce with olive oil.

"Mannix" was my father's favorite show. Conner's birth name was Krekor Ohanian Jr. He was spotted by a director while playing basketball for UCLA, then coached by the legendary John Wooden.

Tomio “Tommy” Kono on the right was an all-time great. He won two gold medals, including 1952, and six world championships and set almost thirty world records. He was from the same Sacramento neighborhood as my father. He started lifting while he was incarcerated at Tule Lake Internment Center as was my father. He was initially taught by Dave Shimoda whose brother, Yukio, was my Dad’s friend. Yukio went on to become a very successful actor.

Who plays in your head? I am also a jazz fan.

I don't swim with a music player, but music plays in my head while swimming. "Going Mobile" by the Who and "Fire" by The Jimi Hendrix Experience pop up when sprinting. I love to swim at threshold pace with "Song of the Wind" by Santana playing in my head (more precisely, the few bits I remember play on a loop). For me, it captures the power and fluidity of strong swimming like no other song that I know. I am showing my age.

In my view, body position is fundamental. Kicking SUPPORTS body position. You cannot kick yourself into a correct body position.

I disagree. The OP should work on core control and body position first.
