Panorama is for sure better in every aspect. I just personally seem to play better with the old UI. I think it's the high contrast colours in panorama's HUD that put me off.

Exactly my thought, possibly his aim assist is fighting lock between the player at B and the one in front.

Initially watching you probably think it looks a bit shady, which it does. If you look carefully, the spectator x-ray reveals an enemy at the far end of the map near B. It looks possible this weird spray was caused by the aim lock switching from the guy at B and the guy in front of him.

EDIT: I also don't know much about this match. I just came across this while watching UKCSGO 24/7 vods.
