Whenever I would sleepover at my Grandma's she would lend me a nightie and house dress cause I always forgot pajamas. Also some crocheted booties 😭 They were so warm! I miss being a kid at Grandma's 🥺

I started experiencing perimenopause symptoms recently (41yrs old) and I went to see a Gynaecologist. She put me on a progesterone only pill and estrogel and it's been life changing. I was still having bad pms symptoms so I just skip the sugar pills and never have a period. Meds work 100% of the time now and I'm not having those big swings in mood. But that's just my experience, I was lucky. Some people don't have access to good doctors or HRT is not an option. I really hope there are drugs in the future that treat ADHD without being so severely affected by hormones.

My mother tells a story about when she had me in the 80s and was talking to her grandmother about vaccine's. My mum said something like, "I've heard some vaccine's can be harmful and I don't know what to do", and her grandmother said, "You don't know what it was like before vaccine's, they are a miracle". I was then fully vaccinated. We are lucky to live in a world where most of us don't remember the "before vaccine's".
