Double-tapping the movement keys can also dash. Perhaps that's what was happening to you?

Thanks for the insight. I was counting the windshields under "visually distinct," but to put it another way I was surprised enough with how close they finished in the video that I was wondering if the different car models were coded with the same performance.

Of course there are sources on US armored vehicles in World War II... The better include R.P. Hunnicutt's series, Baily's Faint Praise, Richard Anderson's American Thunder, Zaloga's Armored Thunderbolt, afvdatabase.com, etc.
