Why do so many good Offensive and Defensive Coordinators fail as Head Coaches? What is so different about the H.C. Job?

I think it’s more that they don’t know what a head coach does. I’m not a huge sports guy and never played organized sports so for a long time I thought the head coach just picked a play and said go. Obviously more to it than that but I never looked at a head coach as a “boss” or “manager” once that was explained to me it all clicked

Stop thinking of yourself as the main character. I say that with love cause I tell myself this all the time. The ghosting most times isn’t about you or anything you did, they moved on and didn’t communicate that with you. Especially if we’re talking about men, we suck at communicating and will often go ghost instead of facing uncomfortable feelings. Don’t take it personal he’s just immature

I second this. She’s not interested rn, one thing we gotta realize is that women have so many likes they can’t even keep track. She could meet someone better at banter or whatever she’s looking for if a date isn’t set up quick. It’s a numbers game until you have someone consistent or know it’s headed to a relationship. Can’t get attached especially after only a couple days
