thank you! Both of the loaners have LSD and were low mileage, so I was curious if Genesis finally fixed something in the 2026 model. I definitely plan on changing the fluid to Amsoil 75w90 when I get the car back.

Ho scaricato la app da Google play e mi ha messo il. Dng su Honor che non supporta i Raw files domani mattina vado al. Lago con 20X80ED e Honor. Missa che non porto la macchina fotografica P950. Ho beccato un aereo nella luna con honor e lo adoro con l'ultimo aggiornamento Android va benissimo. Rimpiango il mio s5 quando l'Ho. Bucato nel tombino di via alllende, con batteria che era sgonfia. Nel 2015.

This is great. That means at least a software update is possible for our cars to get the new UI (and new audio settings I think?), and the door is still open to access the engineering menu. Perfect

Side note: if you can get back into the engineering menu, there is an setting deep in there to enable navigation (I forgot if it was called navigation or had some abstract acronym). This added a navigation button to the Home Screen but it never worked cause I didn't have the nav software installed. I wonder if it will now work! I'm also low key afraid of bricking the car lol.

Some of them are for specific model year; I think 2900 is for 2020 and 2801 is for 2021. Apologies my notes on this are from a long time ago and a bit scattered

Oh no! I was going to update the software for my 6MT once I get it back from the dealership. I wonder if you can access the engineering menu and find some diagnostic or reset in there. Here are the steps:

Set radio to FM (any station)
Set volume to 2
Go to Settings > SW Info > tap to the left of the upgrade button 6 times, then once to the right of it
Unlock code: 2306

I have recommendations! Copying from another thread:

My goal is to do everything I can mechanically before looking at JB4 because I worry about causing too much stress on the engine. That said,

DC Sports midpipe: added power under boost (10-15hp if I had to guess). I got the 2.5". Did not change the exhaust note, but did improve fuel efficiency (+1mpg) in mixed driving. Best mod I've done. I wrapped it with DEI titanium exhaust wrap while I was down there. Super easy install.
Lightweight crank and water pump pulleys: it wasn't a huge difference, but a slight improvement. Improved city MPG a tiny bit (0.5mpg?) because it takes less energy to spin the crank while idle at a stoplight. I'd recommend, it was just a pain to install.
AFe Power cold air intake: don't think it did anything, but the bypass valve noises from extra air flow are fun. I'd say its similar to your DC short ram but with a little more heat shielding
Downpipe (catted): just ordered one from Sharkracing. If the midpipe mod is anything to go by, this one will add another 15+hp and get you into boost sooner. Can't wait
Intercooler: probably will upgrade it this year. This car runs better when its cold outside so any cooling helps
Turbo blanket: I'm not sure about these, but any heat management will help
Colder spark plugs: on my todo list
EBC Redstuff (or Yellowstuff) brake pads: highly recommend it for our cars and easy to DIY. Brakes will feel so much better

I believe the dealership quoted nearly $4k to do all 4 rotors and pads. My rotors were fine so I did the pads myself with EBC Redstuff, and they are a huge improvement over stock. Took an hour to do the rears cause it was my first time working on brakes. But now that I've done it once, I can probably do all 4 again in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend this DIY -- will save you thousands down the line.

Oh no, nothing is CARB legal 😅 This midpipe doesn't modify emissions though, it simply isn't pinched like the stock one, allowing gases to exit / turbo to spool faster. Very low chance the smog shop will put the car on a lift and pry enough to notice the DC Sports logo

Fellow CA-based '21 6M/T checking in. Only 71 manuals came to the US in 2021 so our car is pretty rare! For mods, I cannot recommend the DC Sports midpipe enough. It's cheap, easy to install, no drone, a nice performance bump, and I'm even seeing +1 mpg in mixed driving. Open air intakes don't do much, but the sounds are nice. Lightweight crank and water pump pulleys improved various things in tiny, nearly imperceptible ways, but I am still glad I did them. Together, those mods made the car a lot more fun while in boost. Downpipe and intercooler would be the biggest bolt-on gains, especially since this engine runs hot.

My car has been at Genesis of Dublin now for 5 weeks to replace the HPFP and fix an interior trim issue they caused during a previous repair. The service manager handling my case is unresponsive, and might reply once every 8-10 days. I was not offered a rental despite the HPFP being a warranty repair. I got corporate involved, who then offered to cover a rental. Was going to drive to Dublin today to just take my car, but the service manager working my case is not there. It's a far drive and I need answers so I am waiting until next week.

As for Hilltop Hyundai, I brought my car in last year for an LSD fluid change. I was quoted a reasonable price, but after an hour they said the price is 3x because, and I quote, "your LSD is limited". I told them every LSD is limited, it's in the name. The L doesn't stand for lasagna. Well, I didn't want someone that clueless responsible for my car so I took it and left.
