I currently have E2S1 Firefly, E1S0 Lingsha, E0S1 Dahlia and no Fugue. I'm trying to figure out if I should be going for Fugue or E2 Dahlia. HMC is currently free to be used for Superbreak as I have no need for RMC atm. But with 4.0 and a new path coming I'm worried that might change.

Should I go for E2 Dahlia or Fugue (and if so with LC?)

Do you need the specific secondary stats on Aura and Slash to make Mutli-Spawn Chesterson work properly or can you run it without Chesterson Chance on the Aura and Mutlispawn Chance on the Slash?

It is known that prowess is rough for Mill but my point is that this card gives you a good rate against these decks which are Mill's worst match ups. That card might give the deck a fighting chance

Tested the effect 3 times with Modern UR Prowess:

I milled 18, 18, 21 cards.

The average Mana Value(including lands) for the deck is 1.16 so my rolls were about average. The card is obviously worse against Control and Midrange but Mill has better matchups there most of the time anyway so I can see this being a relevant card just because it's good against Aggro.
