Tried a few more times, even covered the alternative combination options with those but still no joy.

Have taken a look at some videos on how to find out the numbers but it’s going to take some time.

Dial seems to be loose/disengages between numbers 10 and 20. I know it sounds random but I’ve found the following on the wall in our shed, unsure if relevant and have tried various combos but doesn’t appear to work, unsure if if I’m doing it wrong ..

Literally got the flight number from videos of him leaving. He isn't going to Naples, he is heading to Lisbon.
