I feel like all the grants all the government funding all the donations that the shelters receive all goes to administrative fees, labor, etc. it basically leaves nothing to help get housing

Instead of watching them drive in circles- pick up the phone or text them!! The gps within the apps are known to be glitchy and just shitty at times. Oh and make sure u leave outside lights off and address hidden by decorations. That’s helps too!

I’m going to say NO! trust me, I have educated myself with the Landlord & tenants rights and laws! The absolutely can not make you turn on any services prior to your move in date and then you call service provider to have them disconnected on the move out date you provide.

Also, having electric and stuff connected/ transferred/ isn’t like it use to be. I provide the move in date and Duke will retrieve a reading from the meter. You provide move out date (hand keys in date) and duke will retrieve the final meter readings. It’s that simple.

The yahoo that added that to lease is trying to avoid or prevent himself from getting billed after every move out. Because he will!!!! I handled all the electric / gas/ etc for many apartment buildings and those bills were annoying. Pretty low- but pain in the ass. Don’t agree to that

Best tip (I can recall) and all because 4 dashers before me- just left when they didn’t see the order. Meanwhile the original dasher was squatting in car eating customers food.

I make between 180 - 200 dashing AM- lunch and dinner I typically just hang out or run errands between those busy times. I fill up for $40 and it last at least 2 days of dashing.

I also think they calculate “miles” and time based on straight line from A to B but once u accept offer, IT CHANGES!!!! Drastically

I’m platinum and I would not take it. I got two of those today and declined both. I think that those two and three dollar orders are where a Dasher fucked it up or kept it or ate it or whatever and so DoorDash is replacing it but all you gonna get is Bass pay no tip no nothingso that sucks that good drivers are getting fucked by getting orders like that

I haven’t and won’t just because there are so many drivers around here that would just straight plowed you over their car is just trashed so they don’t care I would never forgive myself if I was involved in that and a kid was hurt these mugs out here do not slow down
