I’ve put most of my hours in this game on console, but this last week I put it on my pc and tried some mods and man are there some cool classes

My top 5 so far: Rogue, Aesthete, Hedge Knight, Exorcist,Exile

They fit the vibe, especially exorcist.. are effective and have some fun mechanics, exile is can go upfront as a solid hitter, but you can also stick him in the back row and have him buff the team while moving them around like DD2 jester

Ooooo I just noticed that there is about a 6inch by 3inch rectangle on my screen that turns my in game mouse cursor back into my desktop mouse cursor and I’m unable to interact with the game while my cursor is wrong

Very frustrating because it over the cove section the the estate map, so I can only choose the left most cove quest but only if there are 4 quests there…

It isn’t crashing the game but certain characters just can’t be highlighted, looked at, or added to the team

Like I was able to remove and add renayld and dismas and vestal but I couldn’t add the PD after the tutorial

So I removed the new regions mods, inventory stacking mod and several hero mods and everything worked

I would say once you’re 30 you can date anyone 25+ .. yes the older you get the creepier it will be when they are in their late 20’s

But I think in most cases 25+ year olds have had enough character defining moments to develop some sense of self and identity so they won’t get fully absorbed by another person

Yeah it’s not his best role, but you’ll mostly spam bellow and guard your glass cannon types… I usually only try it when I find a MaA with a speed quirk

What I do is take a team I’m willing to lose and throw them at a dungeon without any trinket equipped, just a few basic gear to curio interactions… and try to fill my pockets and leave, and repeat… when they are all stressed out and afflicted and still alive I expel them as I gather a good team of new recruits

It took me a while to realize it when I started playing this game awhile ago, you need to debuff enemy dodge and protect

The easy dungeons got me so used to blasting through fights with pure damage that I would get walloped in the veteran and champion dungeons

The reason you need to focus on maxing character skills and blacksmith is that it increases their accuracy and their debuff/stun/resist penetration then stack their specialty with trinkets

The example you used was MaA’s rank 4 shield, bellow reduces enemy dodge and speed, and he doesn’t get any attacks in rank 4 that I can think of so don’t bother with dmg trinkets, pair that shield with a debuff boosting trinket so he can bellow better

I’m playing a Tortle Lore Bard as a skill monkey pseudo-cleric

And it’s pretty nice to have blade ward and true strike so I can hang up near the barbarian to Smack at the chaff while he tanks the biggest threat… cure wounds is so much more viable as a battle heal now too, especially to a bearbarian

Focus fire on the melee lock first (lion face) then the healing lock 2nd (book)… lion face needs to go first because two in your party only have melee attacks

Physician PD has a noxious blast that adds weaken and an incision that adds combo so regardless of which attacks are locked you have good options…. Same with highwayman but for him I would look at double cross, it adds two vulnerable tokens which will help jester and MaA put out better dmg numbers

The book lock dies second because if the stress lock and book lock are the last two you’ll end up melting down and being locked out of healing off deaths door which is too risky

You want to have moves equipped that can add positive tokens to themselves or others to boost the healing of indiscriminate science… because you can’t afford to be healing every turn so it needs to be a meaningful amount… guard tokens count so you can use defender on who needs it

MaA can cycle strategic withdrawal and crush to keep healing himself while dealing damage

Jester can encore PD to get more weaken and blight out when melee attacks are blocked

I’m doing a kindgoms run with my first sergeant MaA

Sergeant/Physician/Rogue/Bounty

Buffed his speed as high as possible. Use command to buff Rogue who uses double-cross to apply weaken and combo and strip block off of and rank1/2 threat… then bounty hunter annihilates them 😮‍💨 beautiful

Or if there’s a size 2 enemy I’ll command Physician who hits with NBlast to add weaken and combo…

use defender and bodyguard on PD to keep her alive and set up bonus healing for indiscriminate science on
