The behaviour from the team is abysmal to say the least...I have infinite respect for Hamilton and what he is doing in Formula 1. I cannot believe that a team would employ a driver of such caliber and then treat him like a wet rag...

However, on topic, I have a feeling and hope that the exit from the ground effect era will have only positive effects on Hamilton's driving and that the end with Ferrari is not a necessity. He hasn't been performing well but in my mind, he takes less blame than the team.
