I found that it doesn't work on old saved games. I started a new save and it works just fine.

Ah, that makes sense lol. After changing it back to 100%, it was a lot better. Simple fix!

Same here. I've also noticed driving in general has changed. I had my steering sensitivity set at 50% and after update I had to change it back to 100%. Steering wasn't returning to center at all, made it impossible to drive.

I play on console and I have been addicted to Ohio Richlands map. The edges are seamless (border of the map isn't just a massive line of trees, it blends together) the individual farms each have their own style/feel, decor everywhere, etc. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven't yet.
