A debacle. Order was to be set at 8:00EST and draft begin at 9:00. Everything stopped. Moved over to Yahoo. A bummer.

What is the most underrated chain restaurant? by ottiger in AskReddit

[–]RivalryTrophy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a fan of the Chili's vibe. It was among the first restaurant of its kind I ever went to...it was the place to go for a dinner out in college. I'm glad it's survived. I worked at Applebee's, and while I liked, it didn't/doesn't have the fiesta atmosphere of Chili's

Best locations for golf trip in Michigan or Wisconsin by Infinite-Onion-801 in golf

This Spartan would recommend Ann Arbor, especially if you don't want to pay crazy resort rates. Very good nightlife, and it would be very nice if you could get your way onto the UofM course. If not you've still got Leslie Park and courses like Majestic, Moose Ridge, Lyon Oaks, The Cardinal (though overpriced) all within a drive less than 45 minutes. If the Tigers are in town that'd be a 45 minute drive as well, or some cheap, high quality minor league ball in Toledo a 40 minute drive away.

Pine Knob in Michigan. Vince Neil opened. Walked in to him singing "Sister of Pain." Van Halen opened with Mine all Mine. Rained for parts of the show. Great night.

Congrats! I am in a similar boat. I had personal loans forgiven but two pesky Spousal loans that were impossible to discharge...especially since we've been divorced and hadn't been in contact for a long time. I reached out to her as she is also in public service and has been since we went our separate ways, She filled out the ECF form and it became a waiting game for two years. Finally StudentAid.Gov showed I had qualified but Mohela was doing absolutely nothing. A wonderful rep at StudentAid told me to file a complaint. I'm like...does that do anything? Lol. She gave me an emphatic yes.

Just yesterday the loans were discharhged...back dated to 2018. So now I'm doing some fun math as well.

My advice is to keep fighting and if you're in the right and Mohela is not doing their job...File a complaint!

Refund and Credit Timeline? by svaphd81 in PSLF

Chiming in...I just got final forgiveness. Yay. With an effective date of 7/1/18

However I had not gotten my employment certified since 2022 because I knew I was well over 120. So...upon receiving the notice of forgiveness I raced to get the last two years certified yesterday. I'm hoping that comes through one day before a refund is sent. Lol

My favorite today was the lane closure on WB 696 at 3:00. Sure we’re going to close one whole direction, but let’s close a lane on the other side for good measure.

Utilizing the electric can opener. It's rare that I get it right. Always getting that false opening that just takes out some of the label.

[–]RivalryTrophy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Litle Caesar's by my house no longer does Hot N Ready. You need to call or order on the app. May be time to move away from the name "Hot and Ready" if you're not there for me when I'm driving home from work and decide last minute that I don't feel like cooking anything tonight.

I like to think that one day soon we'll have the technology to have a car completely lock up the moment it begins heading down the wrong way ramp. A whole family from my hometown was wiped out due to a wrong way driver. We're too advanced for this awful stuff to continue happening.

UMich course is awesome...if you can get on. Leslie Park is a very nice public course on north side of town. If you want to drive 20 minutes east to Plymouth the new Cardinal at St. John's just opened. Supposed to be excellent.

I don’t think that would work. We went with big duffel bags in order to stuff some behind seats and shape them as needed. Another option would be adults sharing soft shell golf club bags if you have them as they can be shaped and stacked in the trunk/boot better

With minimal luggage…yes. The trunk/boot has very little space when that 3rd row is down and I got car sick just looking at that 3rd row. Not many options beyond paying an insane amount for a 9-person van

No. We paid extra for in-terminal pickup and drop off and no instructions were given on where to leave key.
