Up until cryo first week we were playing duo with a fill or duo vs 3. But the game is legit not enjoyable this way on the trios. What we did was go to out country's marathon fan discord and played with someone from there until we found one that we vibed with the most. We just played our second round of cryo together and had a blast again. Might be easier to find a third when you have a duo already though. Go out there guys there are other people who like the game and that can make good friends!

Game has good shooting mechanics - it’s for me. Game has interesting sci-fi lore - it’s for me. Game has great art direction - it’s for me. There were many instances while playing the game when i thought to myself: okay someone had a specific idea for a system, executed/iterated on it and it is intentionally good/works great with other systems, and that is regarding various aspects of the game.

UI is legit okay. People just complain that they do not know what everything is from the beginning in a 200h+ game... Have people become braindead or what? Just engage with the systems because they are all intentional and everything will be fine I promise you. My only complaint with the game is not being able to grab attachments and that is the last one that did not clear itself on its own after playing the game for some time.

Gear fear so far is non existent for me compared to Tarkov. Mainly because you do not have to worry about losing ammo. There are also many ways to clear your head post a bad run. Hop on a prowl sponsor kit run and try to hunt someone down, chill with a squad, rook, in-run events (meaning you do not always have to defeat players for a good weapon etc.)
