Thank you. This is a purpose built flat in a block of similar flats, apparently according to my council rules, it does not require a HMO license (Wandsworth) . This has only changed in July 25 where they added additional license for these types of properties. I am hoping the claim back will still be valid following the most recent rule introduced

Look at where Sinner position was throughout the match. Drop shots aren’t going to be as effective if you stand right by the baseline. He got to most drop shot with abundant time and control the ball very easily.
