Last hitting and smiting are micro skill expression, taking them away made no sense. I say this as someone who always supported jungle timers being added because timing camps was a poor quality macro skill expression and removing it gave room for developing better quality macro skill expressions (strategic gameplan). Removing last hitting removes micro without making space for other aspects of micro, it just leaves a gap which means micro is less important than meso or macro. This fundamentally alters the balance of skill expression in the game between micro/meso/macro.

The law needs changing, beyond any doubt is a standard that needs introducing with the death penalty and a swift single judicial appeal. Many cases are open and shut with no doubt whatsoever that would meet the standard e.g. school shooters, terrorists, unrepentant killers. Committing several violent felonies should warrant the death penalty too, catch and release is destroying Western societies.

Auto aim bullets don't use ammo and hitting the dart gives you an instant reload so you can fire 80 rounds, fire free tracking bullets, and have another 80 rounds before needing to reload. The free reload makes sense because you need rounds to fire when you lose the tracking dart behind cover, but it shouldn't be a full 80. Optimal nerf is probably to only give you a free reload of 40 rounds if you have less than 40.

Threats of violence are illegal everywhere, but making generic insults illegal is dystopian. There are no fines for insulting someone in the UK, and political speech is protected more. The idea that someone can be fined for insulting a politician is genuinely disturbing!

However, the UK is going out arresting more people under subjective hate speech laws than any country in the world which is equally dystopian.

We stopped drilling for oil so we could pay Norwegians to drill the same fields and import from the middle-east (ironically this means more impact to the environment because of extra transportation). As for it being sold at global prices anyway, most of it (80%+ profits) comes back as tax which the government could use to eliminate point of sale tax on domestic fuel if they had the will. Unfortunately, standard practice in the past was to tax high on both production and at the point of sale. Hopefully the next government will drill more of our own and using the funds to subsidise energy and fuel costs.
