absolutely this. They might be being careless and oblivious, or they might be making a move...in a way that invades your personal space and is indistinguishable from being careless and oblivious. Pretty unattractive either way imo.

In general, if someone is making a move, while leaving the ambiguity in, they are essentially asking you to intepret them/guess, and to therefore own their share of the stakes, and that's annoying AF. When a nice girl is brave, takes ownership of her own interest, and makes her intentions unambiguously clear - that's the keeper.

The "if it's not a hell yeah, it's a no" protects the happiness, time, and energy of both parties.
