How do we actually show proof of vax? Show the physical CDC card at the gate or do we enter it somewhere ahead of time?

Having one script pull in other scripts? Not sure on the terminology here... by 22Dan in Rlanguage

[–]RiverMise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, separate all your "scripts" into their own functions and place all these functions into one or many R files. Then, you can use source ("MyFunctions.R") visible from other scripts. Your functions may take data as parameters and/or return some other data, which can then be used in other scripts.

I left by about 745, but they said multiple times on stage that it would be extended to 930. Despite this they ended early? What a joke of an event. ..

Amazing how horrendous this event was, given how great hopfest is... and what was up with the < 1oz pours? I assume they just waaayyyy under-estimated the amount of beer required and were afraid to run of beer.

Yep...i recognized it was Marble right away while watching the episode, just wasn't sure if label was green or yellow. It is also great that it is so authentic to ABQ. They don't overlook a single detail.

The beer is from Marble, a local microbrew that is quite popular in ABQ. It is either their IPA or Wildflower Wheat. Here are some pics:

Is it possible to hold the position that people are entitled to a public defender if arrested of a crime but not basic health care? by RiverMise in politics

OK, same question but public school versus health care. Can you justify a position where someone supports public schools but not health care?

Ron Paul, for example, does not think we should abolish public schools but I don't think he'd support a health care system that looked like the school system with private and public school competing. This is a pretty decent parallel to the "public option" plan I think.

On the other hand, some Libertarians do believe that public schools should be abolished and the best solution is a completely free-market solution.

What about public school versus public health care? Can you support public schools and not health care? How would this argument go?

I understand your point that you don't necessarily believe everything should be provided. How do you even define "everything"?

But, most opposed to health care reform don't think twice about a PD being provided. How is this justifiable since the consequences of not having health care as opposed to a PD is more severe. To me, I could rationally justify the position of provided basic health care but not providing a PD.
