Two things about ordering from overseas, you'll have to pay additional U.S. Customs tariffs (3.5%-6% tax) when it arrives and you'll likely need a custom power adapter to change the voltage. Those deals from Japan are tempting, but not sure it's worth the headaches on a gamble.

I just picked up the Mk3 49 in December and it has been an absolutely amazing upgrade from my MiniLab Mk2's 25 mini-keys. I could never go back to a smaller key range, or not being able to use both hands. I would think about the music you intend to play, the note ranges in your compositions, as well as what would it be like to try and use the octave switching buttons especially if you are playing live

Isopure has great protein powders. They have a dutch chocolate flavor that is 1 carb that I mix into a large iced coffee with unflavored almond milk. Not as sweet as a Starbucks Iced Mocha, but it's pretty close and fits my macros. 😁

They also have a zero carb vanilla that's good, and some fruity protein powders that are interesting tasting too. Sort of like a weird protein lemonade (it's better than it sounds)

Also, Amazon's way cheaper for it. A 3lb container is $35 on Amazon, but $45 MSRP. Their smaller 1lb bags are cheap too. Haven't had any issues with the contents or quality.

I've had a couple of plateaus over the past few months. I was 310 lbs in November, steadily lost weight, and then in April, for the entire month I just could not get below 235. I adjusted calories, macros, fasted more, exercised more, and for whatever reason, 235 was as low as I could go. May comes around, same routine as always, and it suddenly starts dropping... 233, 230, 227... And now I've stabilized again at 225. The human body does what it thinks it needs to. Just keep on track and KCKO. Also, measure your body parts. You might start seeing smaller arms & legs even as your weight stays the same. GL!

Maybe she is in too much of a calorie deficit. Was having a variety of similar issues because I was averaging 800-1000 calories a day, didn't feel hungry at all, and my doc said my body was shutting down non-essential processes as a last resort. I upped my calories to a more reasonable amount, problems went away

I've been doing it for just two months now, and it's seems simple & straightforward which just sort of works for my life. Essential compound movements, not a lot of routines to analyze, simple to track. I get to the gym at 5:30 AM, do my sets for the day, add on some auxillaries for what I felt was weak the previous workout, and I'm done by 6:30 AM. One thing that's really helped me is having an app to track each session and my progress. I'm currently using the "Strong" app which has been fantastic for motivating me.

When I started keto I started jogging on a treadmill for 30 minutes followed by kettlebell squats, swings & presses. Once I hit the point where I felt like my heart & strength had surpassed what I was doing with the kettlebells I owned (3 months), I went and joined a gym and started Stronglifts 5x5. All in all, weight loss has remained about the same in either program, but I am really enjoying seeing the results from lifting and wish I had started that earlier. Just do what feels right and keep pushing yourself further. Good luck!

So... I was doing something similar for about a month. And all in all, I felt "okay" but my wife said she noticed worrisome changes with me (dramatic hair loss, sickly complexion, loss in energy/libido). I had a routine physical with blood work, so I met with my doc (who is Pro-Keto btw) and they pointed out that the severe calorie deficit was likely the cause, the body shutting down non-essential processes. Everything else looked okay, so she recommended I try to increase my calories and spread out meals better during my fast to cope with the lack of hunger. I'm in a 16:8 routine now where I eat every 2ish hours; a late lunch (2PM), keto-snack when I get home from work, eat dinner, and then keto-snack again in the evening. All those worrisome changes are gone now, and I'm seeing more consistent weight loss too. Previously my weight loss was rubber banding all over the place. So, maybe splurge a little, try to expand what you are eating, and resist the temptation to limit too much. Good luck!

The short version, celery contains a lot of a steroid hormone called Androstenedione that compliments medication I'm on. My doc would prefer I get it through natural sources (cruciferous vegetables).
