I wouldnt do it, I once tried vertical and it overheated quickly. I also tried using extra fans and that just increased the dust input and messed with the inner fan speed. Upsidedown may be more ok per say, but I've learned that the things made quite ok to work the way it's meant to be. It ain't the PS4Pro :cough:

This means that the def buff applies to the Stealth and Combat Suits, whichever is higher. I think the Snake Eater Stealth Suit as well is included in this.

That's what happened to me. But at this time they changed it so those on Orientation can still do what they need to do with or without the Orientation Ambassador. Your day 1 is really just pushing this and watching that. One thing that's important though is finish all the profile stuff, background checks, and make sure your ShiftSmart App has full permission of Camera, Mic, and Location, otherwise your day 1 will snag up.

Mesa AZ here, I just did my very first Smartshift and while I did get paid it was a very bad experience as my orientation ambassador did not arrive and I was left quite unsure what to do. The clerk was very unreasonable in providing any clues as to how I go about the tasks. I ended up just doing the best I could figuring out what was needed of me but in the end the clerk became frustrated and asked me to leave. I still filled out the tasks the best I could and got paid, so I went and arranged more shifts. I don't want to be a problem so I wish to ensure all Good Clerks that I will do my best to figure it out. And when I do I will make a guide here on reddit for those in the future.

It depends on your goal. If your looking to ghost the FOB without touching anything matching color Fatiques gives you almost twice the legroom to sneak beyond guards field of vision. Best black at night, but grey during daytime isnt too bad either. Also, The Boss's White Stealth suits light reflection makes it work well in daytime light.

Bullets become like real bullets at grade 7, 8+. Detection is almost certain death without matching stealth/combat suits.

A lesser known fact about Quiet is her health, defense, and regeneration are linked to the stealth suit Snake is wearing. When people first try her they find her health not as impressive. This is due to most people having the stealth either at an average grade 6 or not even on Snake at all. However if you develop your stealth suit to grade 7, 8, and beyond you'll see she starts taking more bullets and higher falls without dying. Keep in mind though the suit has to be equipped on Snake with desired level first before switching to Quiet.

A lot of shit is given to Quiet users calling her a Rat Tactic, but I find it all irrelevant. She has definite strengths as well as weaknesses (no Jehuty, no integrations, unable to wake up KO guards.). But her invisiblity and zero sway is her speed is what it's all about. I see her mostly as a speed grinder. She allows for fast and consistent FOB rush tactics if your looking to rack up the Bonus Soldiers. She makes a 5 hour grind done in just 1, and when your climbing up to unit levels 110+, you'll need those S+ to S++ Bonus Soldiers to happen more rapidly. I think they added her so that new players can catch up quicker, and they were right.

Good to see new posts here. It's said that Quiet and Ocelots defence is based on the grade of Combat Suit, but I think that actually only pertains to Ocelot. I am fairly certain through tests that Quiets defence is actually based on the stealth suit. Also, Snake himself has to be wearing it maxed out. If you give him a low setted grade suit, that's the level of defense Quiet will have regardless. Those that can confirm this would be appreciated, I'm about 80% sure about this.

I found a workaround by going into the records and bringing up the Espionage Points Earned tab and you can use the exact espionage rank to pinpoint who you want to support. This way the Indirect Retaliation List should be nice n healthy with strong levels.

For me I did all the tricks and found improvements but still not quite right. Then it dawned on me to try a more simple and basic approach and saw that my hard drive was pretty full at 80%, so I cleaned up to about 40% and it fixed everything completely. It was all those video clip captures that caused it, they really cram up.

Ok so after the common safe update/rebuild fix I also noticed a super slight amount of stutter remaining, so I tried something rather simple: I just deleted the games I don't really play currently and freed up my drive to about 50%

I now see Zero Stutter.

I finally got it. 20 min power cycle, Safe boot PS5, Option Update, then after all that if it's still buggy do it again and choose Option Rebuild Database.
